Privacy Policy
What data this site collects, why, and what you can do about it.
Last updated Oct 19, 2026
This policy explains what personal data anabios.supply collects and how it’s used. The site is run by Jamshid Toshpo'latov (“Jamik”, “I”, “me”), who is responsible for your data here. I collect as little as I can: the site uses one cookieless analytics tool and has no ad trackers or tracking cookies.
The short version
- I collect your email when you get a template, subscribe to the newsletter or send a project brief.
- Polar runs the checkout. I never see your card details.
- Visitors counts page views without cookies and doesn’t store your IP address.
- Your email is stored in Resend, which I use to send the newsletter.
- I don’t sell your data or share it with advertisers.
- Email me and I’ll show you, correct or delete what I have.
What I collect and why
When you get a template
Checkout runs on Polar’s site (buy.polar.sh). Polar collects your email and, for paid templates, your payment and billing details. It uses them to process the order, charge the right tax, send your receipt and remix link, and prevent fraud. I can see your order in Polar’s dashboard: your email, your name and billing country if you gave them, what you ordered and when. I never see your full card details.
Once the order goes through, the site adds your email to my newsletter list in Resend, as the template page says before checkout. If you unsubscribed before, a new order doesn’t subscribe you again.
When you subscribe to the newsletter
I collect only your email address and store it in Resend. I use it to send the newsletter: one or two emails a month about new templates and setup guides.
When you send a project brief
The form on the Customization page sends me what you enter: your name, email and your project details, budget and timing. Resend delivers it to my inbox as an email; the site doesn’t store it. I use it to reply, quote and do the work, and it doesn’t add you to the newsletter.
When you email me
I get your email address and whatever you write, and use them to reply to you.
When you browse the site
The site is hosted on Cloudflare. Like any web host, Cloudflare processes technical data such as your IP address, browser and the pages you request, to deliver the site and block attacks. The site keeps short-lived server logs for fixing errors; email addresses in them are masked.
To see which pages people read and where they come from, the site uses Visitors, a privacy-friendly analytics service. It records the page you open, the page that linked you here, your browser and device type, and your approximate location (country and city). Your IP address is used only for that location lookup and then discarded; it isn’t stored. Visits are counted with an anonymous ID that changes every day, so you can’t be followed from one day to the next. It sets no cookies, stores its data in Germany, and sends nothing if your browser has Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control turned on.
The site sets no cookies. The search box remembers the template and article pages you opened recently, so it can list them under “Recent”. That list stays in your browser’s local storage, is never sent to me, and disappears when you clear this site’s data.
Live previews open on Framer’s servers, and checkout opens on Polar’s. Those sites have their own privacy policies and may set their own cookies.
Services that process your data
- Polar: Checkout, payments, sales tax, receipts and the customer portal. Privacy policy
- Resend: Stores the newsletter list, sends the newsletter and delivers project briefs to my inbox. Privacy policy
- Cloudflare: Hosts the site and protects it from attacks. Privacy policy
- Visitors: Counts page views without cookies; stores its data in Germany. Privacy policy
- Framer: Hosts the live template previews and the templates you remix. Privacy policy
- Google (Gmail): Receives the emails you send me. Privacy policy
These services may process data outside your country, including in the United States.
How long I keep it
- Newsletter list: until you ask me to delete it. When you unsubscribe, your email stays on the list marked as unsubscribed, so a later order doesn’t sign you up again. Ask, and I’ll remove it entirely.
- Orders: Polar keeps order records for as long as tax and accounting rules require.
- Analytics: Visitors keeps page-view data while my account is active. It holds no IP addresses and no ID that lasts longer than a day.
- Emails to me: they stay in my inbox. Ask, and I’ll delete our conversation.
What I don’t do
- I don’t sell or rent your data.
- I don’t share it with advertisers or use it to profile you.
Your rights
You can ask to see the personal data I have about you, correct it, delete it, or object to how it’s used. To stop the newsletter, use the unsubscribe link in any email. For everything else, email me at hello@anabios.supply and I’ll act on it within one month at the latest.
Your orders are also in the customer portal, and you can contact Polar directly about the data it holds. If you live in the EU, the UK or another place with data protection law, you can also complain to your local data protection authority.
Children
The site isn’t aimed at children, and I don’t knowingly collect data from anyone under 16.
Changes to this policy
I’ll update this page if the site starts collecting something new or uses a new service. The date at the top shows the latest version.
